The company is looking to raise $300,000 over the next 3 months. Funds will be raised for Fortes Corde LLC through a convertible equity opportunity over a two year period.
For lending Fortes Corde LLC money for a 24 month term via a convertible equity option, the investor / lender will be paid 15% APR on their money every year. So just the basic return on investment for an investor / lender will be 30% on their money over the full term of the loan.

This will give every investor / lender the opportunity to become familiar with all aspects of the company and its profitably and growth for up to 2 years before executing the option to fully commit to become a shareholder or having their money returned.
ECOWELL OIL AND GAS LLC
The Halff Oil Field as produced a total cumulative of over 3,900,000 barrels of oil.
With 33 million barrels of oil remaining in place, EO&G plans to pull over 500,000 initial barrels of oil by
means of secondary and tertiary recovery.
